Moving People

Our workshops (18+) are most beneficial for those looking to improve body awareness, posture and movement functionality. We highly recommend this therapy if you:

  • Have poor posture or sit for prolonged periods of time.

  • Have a sedentary lifestyle and for "weekend warriors". 

  • Have a stressful life or suffer shallow breathing or respiratory conditions.

  • Are looking to improve conditions within the fascia & neuromusculoskeletal systems.

  Please, do not compare yourself to the rest of the class.

Always listen to your body and move within a comfortable range.

  

Note: If you are currently experiencing significant pain (4/10 or higher), I would highly recommend you book a one-on-one therapy session. This, with the purpose of assessing and addressing your condition in a more effective manner.

Our workshops take place in the boardroom at 102-740 Hillside Avenue, between Douglas and Blanshard (tall building beside Long & McQuade).

1. Enter through the main door of the building.

2. Continue walking, the BOARDROOM is straight in front of you.
