Please, do not compare yourself to the rest of the class.
Always listen to your body and move within a comfortable range.
Note: If you are currently experiencing significant pain (4/10 or higher), I would highly recommend you book a one-on-one therapy session. This, with the purpose of assessing and addressing your condition in a more effective manner.

Our workshops take place at CAIN Exercise Rehab 102-740 Hillside Avenue
The clinic can be found at the ground level on Hillside between Douglas and Blanshard, within the plaza along with Splashes and 2% Jazz Coffee.

Yoga mat.

Comfy, warm clothes.

You may use the sauna, hot tub or steam room after the session. Don't forget your towel and bathing suit!
