Organ Rebalance
Can joint and muscle pain be caused by food sensitivity, microbes, or excess toxicity?
ABSOLUTELY!

Dysbiosis
Dysbiosis (fungi, bacteria, parasites, and viruses) can affect all body systems and cause a wide variety of symptoms, including gastro-intestinal, respiratory, dermatological, fatigue, brain fog, headaches, immune dysregulation, local or systemic inflammation, etc. Dysbiosis also can contribute to fibromyalgia and numerous musculoskeletal, neurological, and auto-immune conditions.
Toxins produced by microbes may overload the liver detoxification capacities and create a cascade of effects affecting the endocrine system, contributing to hormonal imbalance.

Toxicity
Our bodies have many mechanisms and detoxification pathways for ridding themselves of toxins. Problems begin if the total toxic load exceeds the body’s ability to get rid of them. This can occur because of dysbiosis, poor diet, lack of exercise, lack of sleep, overuse or over exposure to chemicals, and lack of essential nutrients needed to detoxify along with genetic weaknesses.
Our program is designed to allow the body to “catch up”. Changes in diet, supplements, exercise and decreasing exposure all aid the immune system in healing.

Food Sensitivity
Food sensitivity like dysbiosis affects us in very different ways. GI tract conditions such as leaky gut and digestive symptoms like bloating, gas, diarrhea, and cramps are common and easy to associate. More often than not, food intolerance or food sensitivity can also cause non-digestive symptoms like headaches, stuffy nose, constant clearing of throat, fatigue, brain fog, rash, hives, weak immune system, and musculoskeletal pain. We can spend all our lives suffering from those symptoms without suspecting food sensitivity or dysbiosis as the culprit!
In many cases, a significant percentage of pain, illness, or dis-ease is caused by microbial imbalance, food sensitivity, or excess toxins affecting organ function.
Your Healing Path
-
Identify possible factors contributing to organ stress or imbalance (microbial imbalance, food sensitivity, or excess toxicity).
-
Minimize the exposure to stressors (Ex. avoiding or reducing the intake of processed foods, especially the ones contributing to microbial imbalance).
-
Consume nourishing foods and complement with natural supplementation, as needed.
-
Osteopathic techniques will be utilized to promote alignment and healing.
Natural Supplementation | Purpose
Some will bind to toxic chemicals or heavy metals to be then eliminated by the body. Others are essential for the optimal functioning of our tissues, organs, systems, and/or necessary for all sorts of processes that happen within our body, from muscle contraction to brain function, passing by the making of hormones, tissue growth/repair, detoxification, and elimination.
Natural Supplementation | Suggestions
-
More whole, nutritious foods. Less supplementation.
-
Only take what's needed. Excess supplementation may cause more harm than good.
-
Purchase high quality products containing ONLY the active ingredient(s) in their natural form.
Often, herbs are processed, and fillers, binders, and/or flow agents are added to the encapsulation process to make it more cost effective, to fill up the capsules tighter or to avoid caking. This tends to decrease absorption and render the product less effective.
