Class Description
Breath-taking Class
Breathing is one of the most influential of our actions. Amongst other benefits, optimal breathing
• Enhances organ function and self-regulation (homeostasis)
• Reduces the effects of stress
• Improves digestion
• Promotes organ function and tissue restoration
• Nurtures a sense of peacefulness and feeling grounded

During this group class, you will learn the fundamentals of optimal breathing in a simple and practical way. We will do individual assessments and explore a series of techniques that will help improve your breathing capabilities.
Mindful Walk
Our feet are our foundation.
Are our feet accessing their full potential and moving in sync with the rest of our body? Or, are they limiting our movement and causing upstream issues?
Walking can be a healthy routine, or it could be contributing to pain and misalignment. Like anything else, it's not what we do, but how we do it. If our feet cannot access their full potential, other joints will be forced to move beyond their optimal range, manifesting in the form of tension or pain.
During this Mindful Walk class, we will learn the role that our feet play during walk and explore ways to improve foot functionality.
Self-Myofascia Release
During this class, we will take a glimpse of the Fascia System and its strong relation with our posture and movement habits. We will also highlight the importance of improving myofascial restrictions and practice self-myofascia releasing techniques that you can apply on a regular basis, to improve body alignment and movement flow.
Tai Chi | Foundations
This class is ideal for beginners and for those who have tried and found conventional classes too difficult to follow.
During this class, we will
• Dissect a few common Tai Chi moves
• Become aware of the role that our feet play to create stability
• Incorporate breathing awareness into our movements
